We have now completed another year of some great competitions with the weather being extremely kind resulting in only two competitions having to be re-scheduled.

Best club boat judged at Yeadon Carnival by the public in July resulted in a tie position:

The club accepted an invitation from Middleton Railway Museum to put on a display of models for their minature railway and model weekend, which was thoroughly enjoyed by all members who attended. The museum itself is well worth a visit which is run completely by volunteers.

Phoenix Trophy
2014 saw entries of 10 skippers competing for Phoenix Trophy which commenced in 2006 to celebrate the relocation of the Leeds & Bradford Club back to its original source at Yeadon Tarn. Once again congratulations go to Brian Warburton from Weecher Club making this the 6th time he has won the trophy.

2014 saw a great interest in the sailing of RG65's. The club now has 12 skippers and a monthly competition on the second Wednesday in each month is being held. Results can be found in our competition section.
